- Per location max TIV: $60M
- Single building max TIV: $7.5M
- Up to $10M per risk
- Excess participation only
- Minimum attachment: $5M
- Max program loss limit: $500M
- RCV: Minimum $115 per square foot
- ACV: Roofs over 20 years
- ALS: BI, extra expense, and loss of rent (1/12 month payment; 180 day EPI)
- Section 8: <50%
- Occupancy: Minimum 60%
- Prohibited Panels: Minimum 60%
- Wiring: Prefer copper; aluminum with remediation considered
- Sprinklers: None required
- Commercial, brownstones, towers, single family homes
- Frame buildings >5 stories
- Buildings over 10 stories
- Excluded states: FL, AK, DE, HI
- Excluded coverages: flood, earth movement, weather perils in excluded counties
